    A Bill to amend Section 46-41-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions in regard to the licensing and bonding of dealers and handlers of agricultural products, so as to revise the definition of "agricultural products" in order to provide that certain persons purchasing timber are considered dealers in these products.
