    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 40-13-235 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PERSON LICENSED AS A COSMETOLOGIST IN THIS STATE FOR A CONTINUOUS PERIOD OF TWENTY YEARS OR MORE IS EXEMPT FROM ANY CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSURE.
