    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-3-665 so as to establish an annual registration and license fee of ten dollars for persons who are sixty-five years of age or older for one personal truck under eight thousand pounds gross weight and an empty weight of five thousand pounds or less.
