A Joint Resolution proposing an amendment to Sections 2 and 8 of Article III of the Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, relating to the legislative branch of government, so as to provide that members of the House of Representatives must be elected for terms of four instead of two years beginning with those members elected in the 1992 General Election and to provide for the terms to run concurrently with the terms of the members of the Senate.
