    A Bill to amend Section 12-35-550, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to sales tax exemptions, so as to exempt the gross proceeds of the sale derived by a custom computer software programming business engaged in the business of providing custom software programs and magnetic media data to its customers where the object of the transaction is the sale of coded information custom designed for the customer and produced by a business located in this State.
