    A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 56-1-460, RELATING TO PENALTIES IMPOSED FOR DRIVING MOTOR VEHICLES WHEN A PERSON'S DRIVER'S LICENSE IS CANCELED, SUSPENDED, OR REVOKED, SO AS TO REVISE THE PENALTIES FOR THIRD OR SUBSEQUENT OFFENSES, AND MAKE TECHNICAL CHANGES.
