    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 18-1-180 so as to provide that any person who pleads guilty to murder does not have the right to have his case reviewed in any manner in the courts of this State, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 16-3-20.
