    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 30-4-40, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO MATTERS EXEMPT FROM DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, SO AS TO ADD MATTERS THAT ARE EXEMPT WHICH WOULD DISCLOSE INFORMATION OF A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY CONCERNING THE SAFETY AND SECURITY PLAN OF A PRIVATE BUSINESS, INDUSTRY, OR STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT THAT WOULD PLACE THEIR PROPERTIES OR EMPLOYEES AT RISK OF DAMAGE OR HARM.
