A Bill to amend Section 40-43-20, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to meetings of the Board of Pharmacy and the rules of the Board, so as to delete the provisions requiring the Board to stay in session until all applicants have been examined, require the Board to meet at the call of the Chairman or on two-thirds vote of its members, delete the authority of the Board to grant licenses upon a simple majority of the Board, authorize the Board to elect a Vice Chairman instead of a Secretary, and authorize the Board to adopt regulations needed for the proper administration and enforcement of Chapter 43 of Title 40 instead of regulations for the conduct of its business.-amended title
