A House Resolution to authorize the South Carolina Jaycees to use the Hall of the House of Representatives and the committee rooms of the House in the Blatt Building on Saturday and Sunday, January 23 and 24, 1988, to request the Division of General Services to provide for reasonable use of the underground parking facilities and the Blatt Building, and to arrange for assistance and access by the State House security forces.
