    A Bill to amend Article 3, Chapter 43, Title 12, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to assessment of property for property tax purposes, by adding Section 12-43-222 so as to provide that the legal residence of a decedent not otherwise eligible for the special assessment ratios for legal residences is entitled to these special assessment ratios under certain conditions.
