    A Bill to amend Section 50-11-850, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to protection of game and closed and open seasons for Game Zone 7, and Act 626 of 1976, as amended, relating to Game Zone 10, so as to provide for an open season for the hunting of rabbits from Thanksgiving Day to March First, inclusive, and to provide that there is no closed season for the running of rabbits with dogs for the purpose of training the dogs.
