    A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 56-5-4710, RELATING TO THE USE OF MOUNTED OSCILLATING, ROTATING, OR FLASHING RED LIGHTS BY WRECKERS, SO AS TO PROVIDE WRECKERS MUST USE FLASHING WARNING LIGHTS AT EMERGENCY SCENES AND WHEN RENDERING ASSISTANCE ON THE ROADSIDE.
