    A Bill to amend Section 31-15-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions in regard to a municipality's authority to repair, close, or demolish unfit dwellings, so as to provide that municipalities having a population of one thousand inhabitants rather than five thousand inhabitants shall have such authority.
