    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 4-11-10, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE TIME FOR THE COMMENCEMENT OF TERMS OF COUNTY OFFICERS, SO AS TO CLARIFY WHEN THE TERMS OF OFFICE BEGIN AND END AND TO PROVIDE THAT THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO THOSE OFFICERS WHOSE TERMS OF OFFICE ARE SET BY ANOTHER PROVISION OF LAW.
