    A Bill to amend Chapter 9 of Title 50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to hunting, fishing and trapping licenses, by adding Section 50-9-135, so as to require nonresident big-game hunters to purchase a big-game permit; to amend Section 50-9-190, relating to carrying and showing hunting licenses while hunting, so as to require game management and big-game permits to be carried on the person of the licensee while hunting; to amend Section 50-9-250, relating to penalties for certain violations by nonresident hunters, so as to increase the penalties and to exempt licensed shooting preserves from the provisions of this Act.-at
