    A Bill to provide for the method for conducting an election for trustees of the school districts of Spartanburg County; to provide for the expiration of the terms of the members of each board of trustees; to provide a method by which candidates names may be placed on the ballot; and to provide that a trustee may be reappointed by the board in the event no one has filed a petition at the time of the expiration of the term of the member.
