    A Bill to amend Section 50-17-1022, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the use of gill nets in the Atlantic Ocean, so as to provide that gill nets must be adequately marked; to provide that nets must be attended at all times; to provide for the confiscation of nets and equipment illegally used; and to provide the same penalties provided in Section 50-17-1070.
