    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 1-11-770 SO AS TO REQUIRE PHARMACIES PARTICIPATING IN THE STATE HEALTH PLAN TO BILL THE PLAN FOR REIMBURSEMENT AFTER EMPLOYEES ELIGIBLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT HAVE MET THEIR DEDUCTIBLE AND TO REQUIRE EMPLOYEES TO PAY THEIR COPAYMENT AT THE TIME A PRESCRIPTION IS FILLED.
