    A Bill to create the Denmark Technical College Area Commission to serve as the governing body of the Denmark Technical College, to prescribe its powers and duties, to provide for its financial support, and to provide that members of this Commission and the members of the governing body of all other technical colleges in this State shall be selected based on merit regardless of race, color, creed, or gender and the appointing or electing authority shall strive to assure that the membership of that governing body is broadly representative of all the citizens of the county or counties involved.-amended title
