A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-4155 so as to require combinations of vehicles known as twin-trailers or tandem-trailers to leave interstate highways and park or take alternate routes when roads are hazardous because of ice or snow, unless they are equipped with tire chains or snow tires.
