H 3792 General Bill, By Fair
    A Bill to amend Article 13, Chapter 1 of Title 9, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to retirement and retirement benefits under the State Retirement System, by adding Section 9-1-1856 so as to provide that certain personnel cost savings realized by a state agency or department during a reorganization must be distributed to qualifying employees who elect to retire pursuant to the provisions of Section 9-1-1850, which permits the purchase of additional service credits for purposes of retirement by employees with twenty-five years or more of creditable service.
