    A Bill to amend Section 12-37-220, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to property tax exemptions, so as to exempt all real property of public libraries, churches, parsonages, burying grounds, and charitable trusts and foundations used exclusively for charitable and public purposes not otherwise exempt if no profit or benefit from any operation on the real property inures to the benefit of any private stockholder or individual and no income-producing ventures are located on the real property.
