    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-1-685 so as to provide that when the driver's license of a South Carolina resident is suspended due to a conviction of an offense occurring in another state pursuant to the Driver License Compact, the period of suspension in this State begins on the date of conviction.
