H 3864 Joint Resolution, By Meacham, Simrill, Vaughn, S.S. Wofford and Young-Brickell
A Joint Resolution to provide that over a period of five years, beginning in the fall of 1993, state colleges, universities, and technical colleges shall increase tuition and fees for out-of-state undergraduate students to eliminate eighty percent of the undergraduate state general fund subsidies to out-of-state students attending these institutions and to provide that the increase in revenue be used to lower the tuition and fees of in-state undergraduate students.
