H 3920 General Bill, By D.E. Winstead, D.L. Aydlette, J.D. Bradley, D.N. Holt, D.E. Martin, Washington and L.S. Whipper
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 8-11-170 so as to provide for the amount of unused sick leave that must be treated as unused annual leave upon a state employee's termination, death, or retirement; and to amend Section 8-11-610, relating to the computation of annual leave for state employees; Section 8-11-620, relating to the amount of annual leave and the payment for unused leave upon termination of employment, death or retirement; and Section 9-1-10, relating to definitions pertaining to the Retirement System, so as to increase from forty-five to ninety days the amount of unused annual leave that may be accumulated and used in determining the amount of termination pay.
