    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 4-23-20, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE BOARD OF FIRE CONTROL FOR THE MURRELL'S INLET - GARDEN CITY FIRE DISTRICT IN GEORGETOWN AND HORRY COUNTIES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE MEMBERS OF THAT BOARD REPRESENTING GEORGETOWN COUNTY MUST BE APPOINTED BY THE GOVERNOR UPON THE RECOMMENDATION OF A MAJORITY OF THE GEORGETOWN COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 515 OF 1996 DEVOLVING THAT APPOINTMENT AUTHORITY ON THE GOVERNING BODY OF GEORGETOWN COUNTY AND TO DELETE OBSOLETE LANGUAGE. - ratified title
