H 4008 General Bill, By Wilkins, T.E. Huff and J.T. McElveen
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 20-3-123 so as to provide for the allowance of suit money in divorce actions; to amend Section 20-3-120, relating to alimony and suit money, so as to provide for the claims allowed in actions for divorce, legal separation, and separate support and maintenance; and to repeal Section 20-3-140 relating to the allowance of alimony and suit money in actions for separate support and maintenance, legal separation, and other marital litigation.
