    A Bill to authorize the Board of Trustees of Orangeburg County School District No. 2 to issue general obligation bonds of the District to such extent permitted by the bond debt limitation of the District, without the requirement of a public sale, to prescribe the condtions under which the bonds may be issued and the purposes for which their proceeds may be expended, and to make provision for the pyment of the bonds.
