    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTIONS 10-1-215 AND 57-3-605 SO AS TO PROVIDE, RESPECTIVELY, THAT NO BUILDING OR PROPERTY OWNED, OPERATED, OR LEASED BY THE STATE OR ANY ROAD, HIGHWAY, INTERSTATE HIGHWAY, BRIDGE, OR INTERCHANGE MAY BE NAMED FOR A PERSON WHO IS LIVING.
