    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 40-13-250, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ANNUAL RENEWAL OF COSMETOLOGISTS' LICENSES AND THE REQUIREMENT THAT APPLICANTS COMPLETE CERTAIN CONTINUING EDUCATION, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A COSMETOLOGIST MAY RECEIVE UP TO THREE HOURS OF CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS FOR VERIFIED ATTENDANCE AT A COSMETOLOGY-RELATED TRADE SHOW.
