    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 16-17-510,AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE OFFENSE OF ENTICING AN ENROLLED CHILD FROM ATTENDANCE IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THIS PROVISION ALSO APPLIES TO PRIVATE SCHOOLS AND TO PROVIDE THAT A FIRST OFFENSE OR SECOND OFFENSE MUST BE TRIED EXCLUSIVELY IN MAGISTRATE'S COURT AND THAT THIRD AND SUBSEQUENT OFFENSES MUST BE TRIED IN THE COURT OF GENERAL SESSIONS.-AMENDED TITLE
