    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 25-1-170 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A STUDENT ATTENDING SCHOOL AT THE SOUTH CAROLINA NATIONAL GUARD YOUTH CHALLENGE ACADEMY WHO IS SIXTEEN YEARS OF AGE AND IS UNABLE TO REMAIN ENROLLED DUE TO THE NECESSITY OF IMMEDIATE EMPLOYMENT OR ENROLLMENT IN POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION IS ELIGIBLE TO TAKE THE GENERAL EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT (GED) TEST.
