    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 38-43-106, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR INSURANCE PRODUCERS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE ONLY MAY APPROVE ETHICS COURSES ADMINISTERED BY THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL ADVISORS, AND TO PROVIDE THE DEPARTMENT MAY NOT PROMULGATE REGULATIONS TO THE CONTRARY.
