Summary: Driving on the right side of the road, exceptions
    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-5-1810, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO EXCEPTIONS TO THE REQUIREMENT THAT A VEHICLE MUST BE DRIVEN ON THE RIGHT HALF OF A ROADWAY, SO AS TO PROVIDE WHEN PASSING A PEDESTRIAN, BICYCLE, TRACTOR, GOLF CART, OR ANOTHER SLOW-MOVING VEHICLE, THE OPERATOR OF A VEHICLE MAY DRIVE TO THE LEFT OF THE CENTER OF A ROADWAY, TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL CIRCUMSTANCE WHEN A PERSON SHALL YIELD THE RIGHT-OF-WAY TO OTHER VEHICLES, AND TO MAKE A TECHNICAL CHANGE.
