Summary: Unemployment Benefits Reform Act
    A BILL ENACTING THE SOUTH CAROLINA UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS REFORM ACT BY AMENDING SECTION 41-35-120, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DISQUALIFICATIONS FOR RECEIVING UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS PAID PURSUANT TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA EMPLOYMENT SECURITY LAW, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT AN INDIVIDUAL IS INELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE BENEFITS OTHERWISE DUE UNTIL ALL SEVERANCE PAY HOWEVER DESCRIBED HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM WEEKLY BENEFITS AS THEY BECOME PAYABLE.
