    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-63-280, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION AGAINST THE POSSESSION OF PAGING DEVICES BY PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS AND THE FORFEITURE OF SUCH PAGING DEVICES AT THE SCHOOL DISTRICT WHERE THEY ARE CONFISCATED, SO AS TO AUTHORIZE EACH SCHOOL BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO TAKE CERTAIN ACTIONS IN REGARD TO THE DISPOSITION OF THESE PAGING DEVICES.
