    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 16-13-160, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO BREAKING INTO MOTOR VEHICLES OR TANKS, PUMPS, AND OTHER CONTAINERS WHERE FUEL IS STORED, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PERSON WHO VIOLATES THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL HAVE HIS DRIVER'S LICENSE SUSPENDED IN ADDITION TO THE EXISTING PENALTIES.
