A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 50-21-115 so as to establish the crime of reckless homicide resulting from the operation of a boat, to provide penalties and provide that any person convicted of reckless homicide, involuntary manslaughter, manslaughter or murder in the operation of a boat shall be prohibited from operating a boat for a period not to exceed five years.
