    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING CHAPTER 6 TO TITLE 2 SO AS TO ALLOW TESTIMONY GIVEN TO A COMMITTEE OR SUBCOMMITTEE OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO BE UNDER OATH AND TO CREATE THE OFFENSE OF CONTEMPT OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND PROVIDE PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS.
