    A Bill to amend Section 12-27-400, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the distribution and use of the 2.66 cents a gallon gasoline tax, so as to provide that interest earnings on the County Transportation Fund in the State Treasury must be credited to the State Highway Fund.
