    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-5-4140, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF THE GROSS WEIGHT OF VEHICLES AND VEHICLE LOADS THAT TRAVEL ALONG THE STATE'S HIGHWAYS, SO AS TO INCREASE THE OPERATING MILEAGE RADIUS FROM THEIR HOME BASE OF CONCRETE MIXING TRUCKS THAT ARE EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION.
