    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-53-480, RELATING TO EXEMPTIONS FROM CERTAIN BONDING, LEASING, PROCUREMENT, AND SURPLUS PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO TRIDENT TECHNICAL COLLEGE UNDER THE TRIDENT TECHNICAL COLLEGE ENTERPRISE CAMPUS AUTHORITY ACT SO AS TO REVISE THE SCOPE AND NATURE OF THESE EXEMPTIONS.
