    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 58-5-35, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE EXEMPTION FROM REGULATION BY THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITIES AND PIPELINE COMPANIES ENGAGED IN THE EXTRACTION, DISTRIBUTION, OR SALE OF LANDFILL GAS DERIVED FROM SANITARY LANDFILLS, SO AS TO INCLUDE WITHIN THIS EXEMPTION BIOGAS DERIVED FROM A BIOMASS SOURCE.
