A Bill to amend Section 11-35-450, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the reporting of purchases of furniture, floor and wall coverings, and decorative and ornamental items by a governmental body exceeding a specified amount for use in the agency director's office, a board room, or certain other uses, so as to also require such reporting when these items are to be used in the offices of the agency's deputy director, and to revise the required contents of such reports.
