S 0816 General Bill, By McConnell
    A Bill to amend Article 7, Chapter 13 of Title 7, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to voting provisions applicable to all elections, by adding Section 7-13-835 so as to provide that the failure of a person whose vote has been challenged to appear at the meeting concerning challenged ballots conducted pursuant to Section 7-13-830 is not presumptive that this person was unqualified to vote and to provide that the hearing authority shall determine whether or not to allow his ballot.
