    A Bill to amend Section 19-19-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to witness fees in civil cases, so as to increase the maximum fee from one to fifteen dollars for each day's attendance by a witness on a summons or as a material witness and to increase from five to fifteen cents the mileage allowance for witnesses in courts of common pleas and before the judge of probate; to increase the maximum fee from fifty cents to seven dollars for each day's attendance by a witness and to increase from five to fifteen cents the mileage allowance for witnesses in magistrate's courts in civil cases; and to provide for the amount to be paid by the person at whose suit he is summoned.-amended title
