    A Bill to amend Section 50-13-1630, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to certain fish which may be imported, possessed, or released in the waters of this State, so as to provide that nonreproducing white amur or grass carp hybrids may be stocked in the waters of the State as permitted by the Director of the Division of Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries of the South Carolina Wildlife and Marine Resources Department.
