    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 40-6-20 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS CONCERNING AUCTIONEERS, TO DEFINE "ESTATE LIQUIDATOR" AND "ESTATE SALE" FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CHAPTER; TO AMEND SECTION 40-6-50 TO PROVIDE THAT THE AUCTIONEERS COMMISSION MUST ALSO LICENSE ESTATE LIQUIDATORS; AND TO ADD SECTION 40-6-55 TO ALLOW THE COMMISSION TO PROMULGATE REGULATIONS RELATING TO ESTATE SALES AND ESTATE LIQUIDATORS.
