    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 16-17-420 OF THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, TO CHANGE THE MISDEMEANOR PENALTY FOR BEING FOUND GUILTY OF INTERFERING WITH OR DISTURBING STUDENTS OR TEACHERS, LOITERING, OR ACTING OBNOXIOUS ON THE GROUNDS OF ANY SCHOOL OR COLLEGE IN THIS STATE OR BEING ON THE PREMISES WITHOUT PERMISSION EXCEPT ON BUSINESS TO A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $100 NOR MORE THAN $1,000 OR IMPRISONMENT IN A COUNTY JAIL FOR NOT MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS.
